Aww Hooray for Ally! I work with autistic children so know what a challenge they can be at times.
Some animals are very calming to have around children with learning difficulties and doodles have that wonderful caring nature and sensitivity that children pick up on.

My brother has a beagle and his partner has another two.
hmmm... my brother's one constantly barks and yaps and is bloody annoying to have visiting and the bitch out of his partners two is a growler, food thief and is very defiant.
The boy dog is much more chilled than the bitches.
