I can recommend two, both are dogs living in the owners homes both with excellent fully enclosed safe environments to run around. And both are fully insured and very caring.
Both are situated near burton on trent one is near A50

Try baby talc, just a little carefully patted in,not rubbed, then left should help absorb the oil and should just come away on its own its a bit like dry shampoo which is talc based albeit in a aerosol, so I wouldn't have thought that would be any good as it might spook stout with the hissing sound,...
