Re: website to buy vetbed?

Thanks Bid, that's the website I have used before and been really pleased with. I need to pass it onto my sister as she's preparing for her puppy (not doodle just Lab!) Thanks so much xx

website to buy vetbed?

Hi, I have bought vetbed from a website and was very pleased with it BUT now I can't find the web address as it was saved on my old laptop!!! Can anyone recommend a website where I can buy it from? The site I used sold it in a variety of colours and the price was good too. ????? Thanks x

Any suggestions for a meet closer to Ashford Kent ?

Hi, I would love to meet up with some other doodles and their owners, but most of the Kent meets seem to be quite away from me. Does anyone know anywhere near Ashford Kent that would be a good place for a meet? And more importantly is anyone up for it? x

Re: Doods and car-phobia

Gus hated the car and was sick on every journey when he was small. I used to get in the car (drivers seat) and put Gus in the back (where he would be travelling on any journeys) and just sit in it for a few minutes, I gradually built up the time to about 10 mins, all the time I was talking to Gus an...

Re: Question about grooming clippers?

I'm finding this thread very interesting as I am considering buying a set of clippers, but as has already been mentioned it seems a minefield! The different blades and combs...I assume the combs that clip on give the length, what do the different blades do? Also, what is the longest blade/comb as I ...

Re: Help and Advice Please

Yvonne, I'm really sorry to hear about Dude's ordeal, but I think you're right about getting to the hall early. I think if you get there before the other dogs get there and if possible let him hve a walk around the hall to have a sniff about and praise him for just walking around the hall and give h...

Re: Health Testing for litters on the ukla?

Hi, I understand the importance of the parents being health screened, but would you screen the litter in the same way and would they not be too young to be screened, as most puppies leave thier mum and litter mates at around 8-10 weeks?

Re: A good collar?

Gus had a lovely fleece backed collar, I got it from the internet. Here's the link, They feel lovely and are washable the only down side is they aren't adjustable, you have to buy the next size, but I thouroghly recommend them! Oh, and they also sell harnesses too, Gus has a high viz one, its lovely...
