Re: Cockapoo and Labradoodle puppies in Edinburgh?

Hi Sarah I tried to pm you but for some reason the messages are just sitting in my outbox as yet unsent! If you feel like giving Facebook a try your best bet is to join Porty Beach Doodlers as the dates of the meets vary slightly from month to month, and the dates are always posted on there once the...

Ollie at Dogs Trust, West Calder

This is Olle who is available for rehoming at Dogs Trust, West Calder, Scotland. http://farm4.staticflickr.com/3800/11304590106_0d5d8c9f45.jpg [/url] He is 6 years old and has epilepy but copes with it well. My friend, who visited him and is in the picture, says he has a wonderful nature. If I had s...

Re: Meet Rosie and Kerouac!

Love the chilli sauce. 8) 8) ...that's my favourite remedy for food thieves too  (and mustard) Oh it takes way more than Chilli sauce to deter Kerouac  She just licks her lips and looks to see what else there is to steal! Fortunately she also seems to have a cast iron stomach and n...

Meet Rosie and Kerouac!

After my two oldies died last year, Teddy and I were the perfect couple  I repeatedly stated that one dog was quite enough and I certainly wouldn't ever have three again..... which is why I'm now introducing two more members of our 'little' family - Rosie and Kerouac!    ...

Re: Double Trouble!

She's gorgeous! Does she have some flatcoat in her? Is Teddy in love? A couple of folk have asked about her having flatcoat in her! I don't know to be honest, but her puppy vaccination card records her as a labradoodle. I'm guessing she is probably an F1 as she looks very like a mixture of my daugh...

Double Trouble!

I'd just like to introduce Teddy's new partner in crime - Rosie - who has only been with us a couple of weeks but as you can see has settled in and made herself at home! :D http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7395/9576362829_2bd71ae2d8.jpg http://farm4.staticflickr.com/3671/9579151130_05d506877d.jpg She i...

Re: My life feels like a disaster! Long Long post, sorry!

Oh Jay, I'm so sorry to hear you are going through all this, you poor thing. I hope that just letting off steam on here will have helped a bit. I think you have been given some sound advice too. Is there any way you can all sit down together and talk? You need to be able to tell the family how you f...

Re: Help please on how to keep my dood safe - a wee problem.

As someone who also is out and about on my own with the doods I understand the problem. I have taken Teddy into a public loo before now which has ended up quite funny. But mostly, if I was in town, I would probably just hold on if there was no one I knew who could hold his lead for me. Out and about...

Re: Halti Warning

Gosh you must have got an awful fright :( Glad he was ok.

I always take Teddy's halti off when he's off lead, mostly because I know he's happier and more comfortable without it, but it is good to be reminded of the safety issue too, thank you.

Re: Home offered

As Suzi said, there are loads on Gumtree and Preloved at the moment, sadly, and if you look down the list of posts in this section there were some looking for homes on here too.

Good luck searching for your new doodle :D

Re: Newbie....I really want doodle :-)

I am so sorry to hear you lost your rescue dog, that must have been hard, but am glad to hear you are feeling ready to give another dog a home now. As others have said, doodles seem to come in all sorts of shapes, sizes, colours and with different coats. As far as I can tell they all seem to be nutt...

Re: Oo-oo, Why do people think they can be rude about Doodle

Managed to miss our 'friend' this evening (went out a bit later...) but will definitely have to ask if his dog is a wolf or a dingo next time we meet! Anne & Ianto x    I dare you! I feel the same way - what does it matter if they are a breed, whatever the breed, or a cr...
