Re: Seasonal Reminder re Grass seed
Came back early from Norfolk due to Marcie our Cockapoo having a grass seed stuck in between her front pad. She had to be sedated so they could remove it. On anti biotics/manuka honey! and Metacam for pain. Think the vets have taken the p**s a bit with charging us for this lot, currently £360 after ...

Re: What breed was your second dog?
Apart from our Briar who is a Goldendoodle we have Marcie the Cockerpoo. Marcie is about half the size of Briar but some people think she is Briars pup cos of her colouring being similar!

Re: Artificial Grass
Thanks for all your comments, really appreciated.
@iwantadog If we lived Nr Poole then we would take you up on your offer to pop round!
@ruthio Yes it is more expensive than real grass but we hate cutting the grass and it did get very muddy with doodle dashing etc!!

Artificial Grass
hi everyone, long time no post! Our two girls are doing well....but we want to change our back garden around. Two options, one is traditional grass which will get muddy and torn up by there racing around! However the alternative is artificial grass. The only thing stopping us at the moment is people...

general update!
Havent had the chance to post much lately as life has got in the way! Anyway, Briar and Marcie are getting on just fine. Marcie knows her limits with Briar now who only has to let out a small warning to make her back off if she has a particular toy she wants to chew up on her own! They like nothing ...

Lovely place to stay in Winterton on sea in Norfolk. Converted barn with two properties and more to follow. Owner (Richard Kenyon) is fantastic and very obliging We took our two girls there a few weeks ago and we all had a lovely time on the nearby beach and sand dunes. You also have a pub within wa...

Re: Our second doodle is coming home soon
You might remember that in April we introduced Marcie (Cockapoo) who was 8 weeks old, to Briar our Goldendoodle who is 3. We introduced them in our daughters garden but before that we had set up our newcomers crate and brought a towel back with her scent on it so Briar could get used to it. They got...

Crumbs Nicky that was a very nasty break! Pleased to see that you may still have a sense of humour when it comes to your Wurls
You obviously have a very forgiving nature!
Here's hoping you're back on your feet very soon and you can get yourself out and about again
Take care

Re: Stout just gave us a real scare
Really pleased to hear Stout is back to his normal self again! Must have been worrying for you all. Hope he got over his fall, that could have been nasty I remember when Briar sucked a large-ish piece of cloth down her throat. We worried for 24 hours when she suddenly threw it back up again when I w...
