Re: Looking for a miniature labradoodle

Hello, and welcome. I'm not far from you ( I live nr Leven). I have an 18mnth old Labradoodle , Dexter, who's a star. We got him from Lomondhills Labradoodles. They are nr Craigrothie, not far from here. I can highly recommend them. They are very knowledgeable and professional, and they love their D...

Re: tangled fur on my legs

Hi, Daisy. These tangles are a nuisance, aren't they. Tell mum that my mum has found a cheap version of the hooman tangle teaser ( £1 in Home Bargains), which works really well on my fleecy legs ( I get tangles there too). And I like it better than the slicker brush she used to use! Make sure mum gi...

Re: Harley

I totally agree, Mandy, that's it's their intelligence that makes them nosy.
Mind you, Dex had his whole head in a Jiffy bag yesterday when my OH was opening it- that's not too smart is it ?? ( and there wasn't even anything food like or dog related in it ) !

Re: Off lead for the 1st time. Advise please.

We did exactly what what Bid has advised here, stRt as you mean to continue, as long as it's safe. Your heart will be in your mouth the first time you take that lead off, but before long, it'll be a normal part of your walks together. And you'll enjoy watching the doodle dashing and general off lead...

Re: Harley

Dex is also a very nosy boy, who loves to patrol the back fence checking everything out. We back onto severAl fields, and a right of way, so there's always something to grab his attention. Today he was making sure that the tractor driver was using the correct technique in turning over the soil-LOL!
