It's morally wrong

We brought our lottie from a breeder recommended to us ( usually a breeder of labs). They seemed a lovely family and they only breed healthy dogs etc. I don't know why I do it but when I bored I browse puppies for sale ( not that I'm going to buy one for another year +, but get a good sense of thing...

Re: Beautiful collars

I use heavy duty clips and they are brought from a English manufacture (others I have spoken to get cheap ones shipped from hong kong). I always tell owners that they need to make sure that their dogs are safe when using collars. mine have been tested on various breeds but if anyone would like to tr...

Re: a dog is not for christmas!

I took my kids to see Santa and when asked my 3 yr old told Santa that she wanted a puppy  but his reply was very good as told her he couldn't take animals on his sleigh because they might frighten his reindeer. As you probably already guessed she isn't getting a puppy (we already got a 7 mon...

Re: Pets 4 Homes experience

I totally understand the logic and I would hate the responsibility of finding homes for puppies, I suppose the lengthy process puts off scrupulous people so a good way. I don't mind giving information out. And I totally agree with you bid about rescues it gets my back up when you read advertisements...

Chewed her paw so much has a sore

After training class yesterday afternoon our lottie has been biting her foot and tail (itching) I had a good look at it could see anything trapped or stuck in it. Today had a look and she has gnawed it that much there now a small open sore. Hubby says (he took her training) there was a lot of nettle...

Looking for a play mate for lottie

Does anyone live in wyre forest area, looking for a new play mate for our 6 month pup, as her current friend had to be put down a few weeks ago and we have had no luck at our park as of yet. Re: Hi and where do you keep your doodle's crate?

Ours is in the pantry part of the kitchen, we choose this space as quiet space away from our small children (we all know they can be a bit much) that way lottie has a quiet place to go to if needed but it's also part of the main house. I'd prob say to put it somewhere they will be able yo gain acces...

Re: Changing vets - what should I look for?

I too am in this predicament every vets by us are chain companies and the one we have been to every time it's a different vet and not to be rude but all have very strong foreign accents the last vet we saw I really struggled to understand/ get him to understand my questions. Re: Scavenger

I to have to shut away lottie when we eat my 3 year old wouldn't think twice about feeding her a chocolate bar or the raisins off her plate (to pretend she had eaten them) I do it to protect lotties health. I also do the same when we do crafts I found with looking after my nans dog they are quite Pa...
