Re: Luna the kleptomaniac!
Ha ha! I'm beginning to see its a Doodle thing - Luna is the most entertaining, characterful and fun dog we have ever owned. Yes - she knows a treat will be exchanged for the Tv controls and has grown so tall that yesterday she swiped a whole Camembert from the kitchen worktop and ran at top speed a...

Luna the kleptomaniac!
Now almost 6 months Luna is EXTREMELY busy stealing items and running off with them - coasters, tv controls, phone, ornaments - in fact anything she can swipe off tables and worktops. Its exhausting! She doesnt chew them but stands just out of reach and then bounds off at speed! She is like a naught...

So very sorry to read your post - having lost two precious companions this year I feel for you. It's especially hard when it is sudden and a young dog.

Re: Housetraining regression!
Hi and thank you for your responses! The past couple of days have been better - only 2 wets inside. We have been keeping her under close supervision at all times and going out into the garden very regularly ( I do hope this is sorted by the time the Winter comes). We have a box of treats on the gard...

Re: Housetraining regression!
Hi. Yes I think the weather had something to do with it - she hasnt cottoned on to asking to go out and as doors were closed we obviously were not vigilant enough. Last 2 days have been ok with back to basics. Went for a groom yesterday - looks very fluffy indeed! [/ https://s15.postimg.cc/l23dm.wxl...

Housetraining regression!
Well, having been quietly confident that we had cracked Luna's housetraining after 2 weeks with no accidents, for the last 2 days she has had nothing BUT accidents of both kinds! In the 8 weeks we have had her she had never messed indoors - we did have plenty of wees but that's all Suddenly she has ...

Re: Feeding issues - help very fussy doodle
Hi and thanks for your help. Being vegetarians we aren't that keen on the raw feeding - BUT I bought some Nature Diet to try as it had good reviews and no grain, I have been adding a very little to her kibble and hey presto - finishes every bit in record time! Hopefully this will last. The cooler we...

Feeding issues - help very fussy doodle
Well at 4 months my clever Luna is seriously trying it on. She has slways been on Royal Canin Puppy and although never a voracious eater would usually finish her meal. However over past couple of weeks she wont look at her kibble BUT is extremely keen on training treats. We tried adding a little coo...

Re: Toilet training continues!
Ha ha - they do have funny ways don't they! Luna will only poo in undergrowth and where she can't be seen. Funnily since the weather changed and doors have been closed she has been better.....here's hoping! I cant believe how fast her fur grows - she was groomed 2 weeks ago and already needs a face ...
