Dolly ,clever 5 month old thief !!!

My sister phoned me and I had to nip upstairs to get a letter I needed to read to her . I came down 5 minutes later to find Dolly sitting on the settee wagging her tail and looking guilty. She had gone into my bag taken out my purse to reach the tub of training treats I had bought ,taken the lid off and eaten ALL of them !!!! Not looking forward to poo patrol tomorrow

Little monkey! My dog did this last week, only it was two packs of raisins that he got from my bag. That was an expensive trip to the emergency vets!

It is naughty but how can you be mad ? She is a right thief, the other week my teenage boys had chinese, I told them not to leave anything near the edge of the worktop,do they listen ? no. Dolly got hold of a tub of sweet and sour sauce took it out of the bag got the lid off and ate it When I found her her whole face was covered in the stuff and she stank !!! Told the son in question that if she was sick he would have to clean it up. She was and he did They are a bit more vigilant now.

How true is that. Dolly will steal anything. Even putting the washing in or out of the machine she always manages to grab something and run off with it ,socks seem to be her favorite. Oh well at least I get some exercise chasing after her .

Hi,

Oscar is a highly skilled theif too . His most daring raid was a whole sliced loaf from the kitchen work top. His favourite things to pinch though are socks, slippers and cuddly toys. I think it's a habbit they never grow out of . Well done Dolly for homing your skills at such a young age .

Henry is always up to some mischief His favourite trick is stealing one of my work shoes, then taking items of clothing off the clothes horse so I'm left wondering where one sock and my shoe has gone!

Jethro has followed very closely in Huggy's paw prints and is a master thief.....so much so that we often refer to him as Fagin
They do have a knack for making us smile though don't they.

Ours is The Artful Dodger, linny... and sweet little Wyre is currently referred to as Oliver. I wonder how long before he cottons on though....
