I was walking with Lulu and a lady with a big white Akita asked me how I got my dog trained so obediently

ME and LULU obedient

I didn't like to say it was because she doesn't like big dogs and wouldn't go near the Akita - I took the compliment and said it takes consistency

ME and consistency we do not go

She asked how long it took and I was a bit flummoxed there and said I don't know all of a sudden she was good

Actually the lady did see me blow the whistle (I don't always take the whistle) and Lulu came bounding but I assume it was for the treat and also the fact that she had finished what she was smelling

Oh yes!

Somebody at the country park commented at how beautifully Rigby walked to heel off lead. I goofed and said its only because I've got his favourite ball in my bag! I should have said, yes, hours of intensive training!
