hi magmar
i made the cake ,1lb lambs liver,3 eggs,1large garlic clove,6oz SR flour.
liquidize the liver add eggs, flour, and garlic(chop garlic up) mix all together with a little water bake in centre of oven for about 30 mins gas mark 6 or 200 electric.i cut mine into small pieces put into bags and freeze ideal for treats.
