Re: Loving home available for a labradoodle.
Hi again, kimmy
Welcome to the forum.. There is a standard reply now for people looking to rehome doodles on here... but until I can find it... Do you already have a doodle (or other dogs)? There is a South & West Yorkshire Doodle Meet Group on Facebook - perhaps you'd like to come along to their next Meet? It's at Pugneys Country Park in Wakefield, next Sunday morning at 10 am. Loads of doodles, loads of mud (!) and maybe a chance to talk to others about rescue/rehoming?

Hi, Thanks for your reply, I will be working next Sunday so sadly be unable to attend, but I live in a rural location, have no other pets,( but my sister owns a gorgeous laradoodle)
and we have a grown up family.

Here is the standard response - it's long so you need to persevere to the end to see about long for a rescue!

Here is the link to the Doodle Trust http://www.labradoodletrust.com. They have an adoption form on their website somewhere so that you can go on their list. There are dogs in foster homes now who do not appear on the website so it is worth applying even if you cannot see the dog for you. Also there is Doodle Aid on FB. I don't have the details but someone will be along shortly who can point you in the right direction.
Keep an eye out for walks near you - it will help you decide if a doodle is right for you before taking the plunge and re-homing a dog.

Thanks, suebedo
kimmy, if your sister lives near you, point her in the direction of the S & W Yorks Doodle Meet! There is another at Elvaston Castle in Derbyshire the week after, if you're interested - it's in the M.E.S.S. section of the forum listed as East Midlands...
Good Luck with your search -
