Stick to the facts as you know them and you shall be fine. Take a deep breath/exhale before speaking if you feel yourself getting emotional for whatever reason. All the best...

well i spoke to this lovely lady, she read my earlier long post about this charity and wanted to reasure me that my lovely boy was now with a loving family who love him very much, she has sent me a photo and emailed me saying that we are going to stay in touch with each other and even offered me to go and meet up with my dog and the family, there were alot of negativity said about this charity by both parties, and all the points most of us raised were true, im so glad i phoned them x

:D :D :D

Knowing what you are talking about and the woof charity in qustion  , I am really delighted that the new owner of your lovely lad has taken the time and kindness to get in touch and set your mind at rest as to what happened to him.

What happened to you was completely unjustifiable and I am so pleased you now know where he is and can see him again :D :D :D

So pleased that you have some good news about one of your pups, but sad that she has confirmed the suspicions :-(

Oh, what a relief that must be for you!

If any of the problems she has had are to do with training, she could approach one of the 'real' charities and get him retrained, which is perfectly possible. And if he passes, then he'd also be affiliated and able to be used anywhere as a real assistance dog.
