He came home!

Post by jackieholmes19 » 24 Dec 2014, 10:53

Off topic - but my 'old boy' cat - Socks - has been missing for almost a month. I got up this morning, and he was waiting by the back door, and strolled in like he'd just been out for a few hours! It's made my Christmas to have him home ! :D :D

Great xmas present,i lost my old cat once for 2 months ,he had only been with us a few months ,cause it was my friends who killed herself .So I wanted him ,then one nite around 2 in the morning I heard him meowing he was very thin and had a tooth loose ,I think he had been locked in a shed or tried to go back home .WE had him for a couple of years and then he got lost again cause he was nearly blind but two weeks later the phone rang they had found him but had been hit by car still alive but broken hes back end ,so we had to have him put to sleep such a sad end to him ,he was name taffy a big ginger tom .So glad yours is ok.

That's so wonderful. One of ours went missing for months, came back eventually and by then my kids had turned up with another one so then we were three!

My Annie has done this to me twice, both times for two months. The first time she came home (someone found her and called my vet who called me) on Christmas Eve! It was a great Christmas present....just like Socks.
