Just thought I would pass on a product recommendation

This cleans away urine from the carpet, it's the best one i found. (You have to follow the instructions exactly)
It is pricey - however the courier lost the last one we ordered and the people at 'pet weeaway' sent a new one out after a few days, no quibble and refunded a few pounds back onto my card for the inconvenience .

We never know who we are dealing with online, it's nice to have a good experience when things go wrong.
