Animal Friends, have not paid out for Harleys stroke, wouldnt use them if you paid me :cry:

Sorry to read this , all you need after the trauma. What is Animal Friends reason for refusing to pay ? Does your vet think their position is justified?

I only had a basic insurance costing less than £10.00 a month, I always said I was going to change it to a better one, but kept forgetting :x then it was too late.

Apparently I am only insured for a maximum of £500.00 per illness up to a maximum of £3 000.00 so 6 illnesses a year !!!!!!

It didnt read like that to us, I thought it was an illness up to £3 000.00 a year.

Vets are not interested said I should read and read through all the paperwork.
