Hi, just received our antler today for Alfie & he barked, growled & sniffed at it for 30 mins & kept backing off from it as if he was scared of it,strange....... now he loves it!!!!

I cant smell it, got ours from www.pawstrading.co.uk, £6.49 incl delivery for a medium size, excellent for a 9wk doodle an should last a while, but has a very calming effect on him, lol.

They certainly love them don't they?
Ours doesn't smell, but it does give Lola diarrhea - not badly, but a bit! I wonder if it will get better the more she has it, or worse?

Its funny we gave dexter hes antler then we sat down ,john just got in from work ,i said to john they do smell a bit dont they ,but as i looked down i saw he had just took trainers off it was hes feet. The antler doesnt smell even when you put nose right by it s only like earth smell ,but dexter as not rearly took that much notice of it unless the cat comes by it and then picks it up not much chewing ,they do say rub some sand paper over it to get more flavour.

I bought one for Alfie and he hasn't been bothered about it. I think it's because it can't be easily destroyed do I might do the sandpaper trick to get his interest back.
