Any walks in west sussex?

Post by lhide187 » 10 May 2011, 09:10

Hi all!

Does anyone know of any walks in west sussex? My mum and her labradoodle Willow would love to meet up and go out with other labradoodles but I cant seem to find any groups for down here!! We live in Bognor Regis so if there are any near us or anyone wants to start one with us, can you please let me know?

Many thanx, Lisa

There have been a few organised on this site in the past year or so, usually involving a walk (and swim)at West Wittering beach. There is another organisation called doodlemania which has a few more in places like Petworth Park and Hayling Island.

Hi Ihide187,

We're based in Chichester and have been on 2-3 doodle dashes down here. There are definitely a few of us in the area but if you fancy meeting up for a dash sometime then let us know. We tend to take Marmite for walks on the downs and most walks generally involve water of some sorts (at the moment the river Lavant).

Funnily enough we'll be in Bognor Sunday running the 10k so my parents will be looking after him whilst trying to watch. Marmite will be the one standing in the sea barking if you want to say hello.
