Glad more people are setting up meets and walks. Good luck with it and we might even make it if we have a doodle by then.

We are in north worcesterhsire - Molly hasn't travelled much at all, but we'd be happy to come to Leicestershire if someone there could suggest a place, and if we could just have a bit of time to ensure Molly isn't going to throw up all the way there! I intend to start doing longer runs in the car to get her used to it anyway, so a good incentive. I am self-employed, so can wangle a weekday if that would be better for others - or weekends ok too. What d'you think?

Is there any more news on this meet?

I really need to get out and meet some more doodles (and their owners, of course)! My doodle is the first encounter I have had, in the flesh, and I'd love to compare notes.

No plans yet - I am still happy to come over to Leicestershire from Worcestershire, since most replies are from that area + I think it would be nice for doodles and their owners and potential doodle owners to meet. Does anyone know a good venue in Leicestershire???

eileen, I'll ask around and see if I can find anything suitable. I'm guessing everyone will want somewhere where they can get a cuppa, run the dogs safely and have somewhere to sit! It's a tall order... :D

I live in the Midlands and the Wyre forest is a good place to meet. It's got several walks to choose from and a visitor centre with shop/food/drinks :D
