Many of us have followed the nightmare of Rutlands Manor and the exposure of the self-named 'Founder' of Aussie Labradoodles, Beverley Manners, as nothing more than a disgusting puppy farmer.

Here, at last, is the tale of one of her breeding boys, rescued from a pound, where he had been dumped to be pts.

Safe and free in a proper family home, thanks to a rescue, but with a heritage left behind him of countless puppies at risk of disease.

Have the life you always deserved Knossos :D

I hope Knossos and more poor dogs from these dreadful places find loving homes for the rest of their days.
Knossos is leading the way and only just in time - he was nearly pts.
I look at my girls and wonder how anyone could treat them like that - it makes me sooo mad
Sorry for the rant
Kathy

why is this woman still allowed to breed? i have to be honest, i had not heard about this before, but have just had a quick check up. do the Australian authorities not have any power to do something to stop her from practising as a registered breeder? it not only saddens me, it make me damn well furious that people can disguise themselves as reputable breeders, but they basically only care about making money, and not the welfare of their dogs
