why is this woman still allowed to breed? i have to be honest, i had not heard about this before,but have just had a quick check up. do the Australian authorities not have any power to do something to stop her from practising as a registered breeder? it not only saddens me, it make me damn well furious that people can disguise themselves as reputable breeders,but they basically only care about making money,and not the welfare of their dogs
