6 weeks on and life with Freddy has certainly changed our lives,it's 15 years since we had a pup and it's slowly coming back to us.But Freddy seems to have taken everything in his stride, although there are certain things he's not sure about 1.the ironing board 2.the vacuum cleaner 3.sweeping brush 4.a Bamboo plant in the garden it rustles in the wind. But the things he has experienced in 6 weeks 1. the dark wasn't to sure about the garden 2.Cars he enjoys a ride in the car not too far. 3. Leicester city centre we had to visit an elderly relative in hospital and didn't want to leave him at home, so I walked him around a park near to the Hospital,4. Snow we had 3" before Christmas.

I had read in the forums about Labradoodle behaviour and smiled and then we realised that most of what had been written was actually happening to us,the worst, two feet in his water bowl it seemed at first that he was looking at dirt in the bowl then we realised that he was looking at his reflection several times there was water all over a newly laid £700 floor.A similar thing happened while walking past some shops nearby as he stopped to look in the window there was a dog looking back took one look and barked at it.He's met other dogs and wanted to play with them 3 Red Setters a Pug that nipped his ear had his nose licked by a horse in a field,he was a bit wary this morning he met a St Bernard a beautiful dog very friendly Freddy's not sure.

So this is a brief update on Freddy's progress I'm sure in another Month he'll be better still I just wish that he would stop F***ting.Happy New Year to All
Derek and stinky Freddy

  great fun reading Freddy's update..made me smile.
Enjoy him ....the puppy days pass all too quickly.
I remember when Ambrose was a pup and going into town to socialise.... He loved the charity shops and we would take him in to choose a toy or two. They had a full length mirror in one shop and Ambrose took exception to the dog in the mirror....first he bowed and tried to play... Then he looked behind the mirror....then started to growl at the black dog staring at him......he refused to go into that particular shop ever again
Re the f..t..g..have you tried a change of food ? as lots of wind might indicate that the food doesn't suit him.
Look forward to another update soon.
HAPPY NEW YEAR.
