Please Help Tangye a Labrador in Afghanistan

There is a Labrador in the war zone in Afghanistan that needs to come home to safety.
Lab rescue are trying to raise the cash to bring him home.

Co-incidentally, I have just been reading an article aboout Tangye in one of the Sunday papers....Can't find it on line yet but here is the story and a photo of this brave boy

It does seem sad that he will have to go into quarantine here; perhaps he could be exempted subject to veterinary checks because of his work......

Linny, thanks for telling us about this brave fella.
Have just been able to get onto his donation page so seems to be still open.
Hope they're successful in getting him here for a long and happy retirement in a forever home.

Just bumping up....the page is indeed still open so there is still time to spread a little hope and happiness folks

even if it's only pennies ..it all mounts up.

My OH worked with Black Lab tracker dogs during the Malay confrontation, the dogs meant so much more to the lads on active service, my Oh says the Dogs kept them in touch with their humanity when there was some really bad stuff going on around them

Thanks to all on the forum who have already donated......this is just such a worthwhile cause.
The dogs mean so much to the guys on the ground in Afghanistan , if you haven't already, please donate a few pounds to help get all three dogs out.
