Oh, Jacqui; you have been so brave and so responsible with all this happening. I wish that I could do something to make all this go away but all I can do is send you love and very best wishes......This is a kind of bereavement and enforced change is always very stressful; you know Noah will settle happily and it is you not he who will suffer the loss....Try to look after yourself.

If he settles though it will be good that you will know where he is and that he will be ok. It is reassuring that you have found somebody that you trust for your boy & I hope it works out for you.
I hope time gradually reduces the pain you are feeling right now.

I can't think of anything to say that will make it seem better , but I just want you to know that we are thinking of you, and know that you are doing the very best you possibly can for your dogs in very difficult circumstances. I would be a total mess in your situation. Sending hugs.

It must be devastating for you, you have been so brave to face this. What matters most is that he is happy in his new home, of course you will feel his loss terribly but it will comfort you knowing that he is safe and well and loved as he deserves.

Oh, eyes leaking. So sorry you have to go through this.

I think everyone has said it all. I can't bear to think what you're going
through. Just think, it's probably only you that is hurting as Noah will soon be happy with his new surroundings. Time will come when you should be able to put all this hurt behind you and move forward, I hope thats soon. (just read in a book that you should put all things that are upsetting you, in an imaginery matchbox and put it in a draw, only to be brought out again when you can deal with it !!!) Try it out and only bring the matchbox out in a year or so's time when hopefully life will be alot happier. Let me know if it works !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thinking of you

I cannot even begin to know how distressed you must be at this time. I cannot find any words to say as it has upset me too. The others have put it so well but I send you all my loving thoughts and hope that your little one will enjoy his new home and you will be able to think about him without feeling so much pain.

Thanks so much for all your lovely messages. I am feeling a bit better today thank goodness. Noah has been having another good day with Frankie,she is bossing him about but he hasnt noticed! They have been playing ball together and are getting on really well. Apparently Noahs recall puts Frankies to shame! Fingers crossed he will be able to stay there now. Will know by the end of the week. Will keep you all posted.
